Stress Free Nurses

My name is Lisa Kenny and I am a third year student studying BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing in Manchester. I created this website as part of an assignment designed to promote a health topic amongst a group of people.

Due to hearing many nurses complain about high stress levels - in my placements, amongst my peers and experiencing stress myself - I decided this would be a good topic to focus on in order to help nurses understand and manage their own stress. If one nurse feels this website has helped then I would consider this website to be a success.
