Social Readjustment Scale

One of the tools for recognising stress in our lives is the Social Readjustment Scale, more commonly known as the Holmes and Rahe Stress Scale. Created by Thomas Holmes and Richard Rahe in 1967, it measures levels of stress by the life events we have gone through.

Answer the test below based on your life events. Then add up your score and use the guide at the bottom to find out what your stress score is to determine whether you are at risk of stress.
